By creating an account or using MarketEngine AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
MarketEngine AI provides machine-learning-generated trading signals, a simulated ("paper") trading environment, optional live trade execution through a connected third-party broker, and a multi-asset cryptocurrency wallet with staking ("Earn") and asset exchange features. Paper trading uses simulated funds and does not involve real capital. Live trading, staking, and exchanges involve real assets and carry real financial risk.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance of any signal, strategy, or model — including anything shown on this platform — is not indicative of future results. Machine-learning-generated signals are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make, whether in paper trading, live trading, staking, or asset exchange. Cryptocurrency assets are volatile and asset values can fall significantly, including to zero. You should not deposit, stake, or trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use MarketEngine AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@marketflowengine.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Cryptocurrency must be sent on the correct network to the correct address shown in your wallet — funds sent to the wrong network or address cannot be recovered by us. Withdrawals and exchanges are manually reviewed before execution and are not instant. We reserve the right to delay, request additional verification for, or decline a withdrawal or exchange we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, in error, or in violation of these terms.
Certain features require an active paid plan, as described on our Pricing page. A platform fee applies to asset exchanges, disclosed at the time of the request. Plan and fee terms may change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
The MarketEngine AI name, branding, and underlying platform software are the property of MarketEngine AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the platform without our written permission.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketEngine AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
